目的 观察神经激肽 B受体 (NK3)与大鼠脊髓内伤害性信息传递和调控的可能关系。 方法 用免疫组织化学技术观察完全弗氏佐剂 (CFA )诱发慢性炎性痛大鼠脊髓背角神经激肽 B受体的动态变化。 结果 炎症侧腰骶段脊髓背角 NKB受体样免疫反应结构的染色强度有明显升高 ,背角浅层尤为显著。经时观察与图像分析结果表明 ,注射 CFA 2 d后脊髓背角内免疫染色强度即开始升高 ,2 1d左右抵达高峰 ,2 8d后渐恢复至正常水平。结论 NKB受体可能参与炎性慢性痛状态下伤害性信息在脊髓水平的传递与整合过程。
Objective To investigate the possible relationship between neurokinin B receptor (NK3) and nociceptive transmission in spinal cord of rats. Methods The dynamic changes of neurokinin B receptor in dorsal horn of spinal cord in rats with chronic inflammatory pain induced by complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The staining intensity of NKB receptor-like immunoreactive structure in spinal dorsal horn of lumbosacral spinal cord increased markedly, especially in the dorsal horn. Time-course observation and image analysis showed that the intensity of immunostaining of spinal dorsal horn began to increase after 2 days of injection of CFA, peaked around 21 days, and returned to normal level after 28 days. Conclusion NKB receptors may be involved in the process of transmission and integration of nociceptive information in spinal cord during inflammatory chronic pain.
