在机关事业单位中,对干部进行考察和了解是一个重点工作,这一项重点的工作往往是通过干部人事档案管理工作来实现的,通过对干部人事档案进行管理,可以全面、深刻的了解干部的历史事件和生活经历,熟悉干部的基本诚信。但是从现阶段的机关事业单位的干部人事档案管理的现状来看,对干部的档案管理还存在着一定的问题,而通过审核整理通过可以促进档案管理的规划化,从而不断提高档案管理的水平和质量。
