本文通过略钢高炉扩容改造实践,说明略钢将炉容由100m~3扩为150m~3是合理的.但高炉扩容后,又扩大风机的做法并不足取。在满足精料条件下,匹配400m~3/min风机的100m~3高炉炉容由100m~3扩大为150m~3是可行的。既可充分利用400m~3/min风机,又可满足扩容后的需要。在原燃料不精,入炉粉末大的条件下,匹配400m~3/min风机的100m~3高炉炉容由100m~3扩至150m~3是不适宜的.在此条件下,其最佳炉容为130m~3左右,下部可采用8个风口送风.小高炉扩容改造必须注意相应改善原燃料条件.
