通过运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,对山西大学的本科生的余暇体育行为和体育消费的趋向进行分析,山西大学二年级学生余暇时间较多,对体育的喜欢程度也较高,但余暇体育行为并不是很理想;而体育消费情况还是以中低档为主,但在城乡性别等方面上发生了一定变化,建议有关部门应加强组织和管理,加大对体育的宣传力度,提高学生余暇生活质量和引导正确消费路线,为进一步开展全民健身活动积极创造条件。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the leisure sports activities and sports consumption trends of undergraduates in Shanxi University. The second-year students in Shanxi University have more spare time and higher preference for sports , But the spare time sports behavior is not very ideal; and the sports consumption is still based on the middle and low grade, but in the urban and rural areas, there have been some changes in gender. It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the organization and management, increase publicity for sports, Improve student leisure life quality and guide the correct consumption route, and actively create conditions for further carrying out the national fitness activity.
