文章利用非线性有限元的数学方法,研究了海上水平井钻进中的非线性摩擦扭矩问题。提出了一套有关摩擦扭矩的非线性有限元计算公式,并编制了一套非线性钻柱力学计算程序,在海洋石油总公司所属的南海北部湾一个钻井平台上进行了实际验证,从而得出了一些有启发性的结论。目前国内计算水平井摩阻力的研究很多,但大都集中于计算轴向摩阻力,对于钻柱摩擦扭矩的研究进行得很少,原因之一是国内大多数钻机缺少扭矩的精确测量装置。此文利用了海洋钻井平台上的有利条件,使软件计算精度达到了预期效果。
In this paper, the nonlinear friction torque problem in horizontal well drilling is studied by using nonlinear finite element method. A set of nonlinear finite element formula for friction torque was proposed and a set of nonlinear drilling string mechanics calculation program was compiled. It was verified on a drilling platform of Beibu Gulf of South China Sea owned by CNOOC. Some illuminating conclusions. At present, there are many studies on horizontal well friction resistance in China, but most of them focus on the calculation of axial frictional resistance. Research on the friction torque of drill string has been carried out very little. One of the reasons is that most domestic rigs lack accurate torque measurement devices. In this paper, the favorable conditions on the offshore drilling platform are utilized to make the software calculation accuracy reach the expected result.
