2012年7月26-28日,主题为全球变局下的绿色转型和包容性增长“的2012生态文明贵阳会议召开。会议达成的《2012贵阳共识》提出,推进绿色转型和包容性增长应从五个方面着手:一是把绿色转型作为促进增长的首要选择。在大力实施工业化和城镇化过程中,牢固树立绿色理念,实现原创性的技术进步和效率提高。二是把绿色理念深度融入社会生产生活各环节。运用多元化力量加强生态教育,促进大众参与,建立生态伦理规范和生态道德理念,推动形成绿色健康的生活方式和消费模式。
2012 Guiyang Conference on Ecological Civilization 2012 with the theme ”Green Transformation and Inclusive Growth under Global Change“ held on July 26-28, 2012.
