研究了４４例急性白血病患者外周血白血病细胞培养物上清和白血病细胞株ＨＬ－６０、Ｋ＿（５６２）细胞培养物上清对正常人单个核细胞分泌肿瘤坏死困子α（ＴＮＦα）的作用。结果表明，６６．７％初发急性白血病患者白血病细胞培养上清和ＨＬ－６０细胞均可抑制正常人ＴＮＦα产生（白血病细胞相关的ＴＮＦα抑制活性阳性），这种抑制物的出现与疾病状态和预后密切相关。
The effects of culture supernatants of peripheral blood leukemic cells and leukemic cell lines HL-60 and K562 on the secretion of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) from normal human monocytes were studied in 44 patients with acute leukemia. The results showed that 66.7% of primary leukemia cell culture supernatants and HL-60 cells in patients with primary acute leukemia can inhibit the production of normal human TNFα (positive leukemia cell-associated TNFα inhibitory activity), the appearance of this inhibitor and disease status and prognosis closely related.
