根据食品科学与工程专业人才培养目标的新要求,对《谷物科学原理》课程的教学改革进行了一系列的探索与实践,以期使《谷物科学原理》课程的教学更加适应社会发展的要求。
According to the new requirements of food science and engineering personnel training objectives, a series of exploration and practice have been carried out in the teaching reform of the course of “Principles of Cereals Science” so as to make the teaching of “Principles of Cereals Science” more adaptable to the requirements of social development.
