目前,各地教育行政部门正在推行校长轮岗制度,试图通过这项改革破解当前教育公平的难题。但是,这一新举措,却引发了校长、专家甚至社会各界人士的争论,大家对其褒贬不一。在此,我也想对校长轮岗制发表一些自己的看法。当然,这些看法都是思辨的结果,尚未经过实证的检验。我分析,这个政策的制定,可能基于以下四个方面的假设。第一个假设是,一个好校长就是一所好学校,因此,当一个学校办不好时,就派一个好校长去。第二个假设是,一个区域内校长办学水平参差不齐,优秀校长资源有限,所以“好
