在“金九银十”上海房地产市场全面回暖之际,上海市委书记韩正同志在市委举行的区县党委书记季度工作会议上强调:“上海作为一座特大城市,房地产市场有自身的特点,控制房价是重要调控目标。这项工作不能人云亦云,必须清醒认识,坚定不移。”韩正指出,上海房价已经很高,如果不坚持调控,将影响上海经济持续平稳健康发展,也会削弱城市的竞争力,必须坚定不移下决心减少
