本实验系统是基于工业设备降膜蒸发器运行装置的一个多管束降膜实验模型。该实验系统的建立可分析计算不同液膜流动状态下换热管的流量与液膜雷诺数、液膜厚度、布液盘小孔流速、导流管窗口流速、布液盘计算液位高度、导流管计算液位高度之间的关系曲线等,通过实验得到的最佳参数可用来改善降膜蒸发器装置中的液膜分布和传热性能,以防止换热管结焦现象。因此该实验系统的设计,对深入研究降膜式蒸发器具有十分重要的意义。
The experimental system is a multi-tube tull falling film experimental model based on the industrial equipment falling film evaporator operating device.
