当代意识形态的新变化是强化意识形态工作的现实语境。牢牢掌握意识形态的领导权、管理权和话语权是巩固马克思主义理论主导地位,提高执政能力和水平,形成共同思想基础的坚实保障。完善意识形态生产、传播和接受格局,提高意识形态的决策力、执行力、领导力和政治定力;贯彻文化强国战略,加强文化传播力;平衡行政权力与学术权力的关系,提高思想政治教育课堂教学权力,加强课程开发力、领导力;强化阵地意识,凝聚强大合力,提高政府公信力。权益是意识形态工作的核心和精髓,必须坚持党性与人民性的统一,坚持国际化与民族性的融合,坚持日常与集中意识形态教育和宣传的契合。
The new changes of contemporary ideology are the real context of strengthening ideological work.
