中国人历来崇尚教育。古时候重视科举,认为“万般皆下品,惟有读书高”;当今社会重视高学历人才,总认为职业教育、蓝领工人低人一等。这直接导致了畸形的就业格局:一方面,越来越多的大学毕业生就业困难;另一方面,蓝领工人薪金水涨船高,却数量匮乏。越来越严峻的事实让人们认识到,不管是社会、学校,还是家长、学生,都必须转变学历崇拜的落后观念,给予职业教育必要的重视。
Chinese people always advocate education. In ancient times, the importance of the imperial examination was that “all things are inferior but high in reading”. In today’s society, people with highly educated talents are always regarded as vocational educators and blue-collar workers with inferior skills. This has directly led to a deformed employment pattern: on the one hand, more and more college graduates find it hard to find jobs; on the other hand, the wages of blue-collar workers have gone up but their numbers are scarce. More and more serious facts make people realize that regardless of the society, schools, parents and students, we must change the concept of backwardness of education and worship and give vocational education the necessary attention.
