随着我国经济体制的不断改变,事业单位财务管理也发生了一些改革与变化,财务管理也随之越来越重要。当前我国事业单位财务管理是以关注细节、精益求精为原则,对每一项具体业务、每一个岗位,都建立起规范的工作流程,并把财务管理融入到企业生产经营的各个领域,充分发挥财务管理的监督职能,实现财务数据管理精细化、流程管理专业化、人员管理精细化以及各部门之间的协调与配合。本文主要探讨了我国事业单位当前在财务管理中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题进行分析总结,从而提出了财务精细化管理模式的建立,力求可以将效率最大化。
With the constant change of the economic system in our country, some reforms and changes have taken place in the financial management of public institutions, and financial management has become more and more important. At present, the financial management of public institutions in our country is based on the principle of paying attention to the details and keeping improving. For each specific business and every post, we have established a standardized workflow and incorporated financial management into all areas of production and operation of a company to give full play to the financial Management oversight functions, to achieve the refinement of financial data management, process management specialization, refinement of personnel management and coordination and cooperation among various departments. This article mainly discusses some problems existing in the financial management of our country’s public institutions and analyzes and sums up these problems so as to put forward the establishment of the financial delicacy management mode so as to maximize the efficiency.
