2003年冬季,采用塑料大棚培育青蛤种苗。通过试验比较,试验池的水温比对照池水温平均高8.86℃,种苗生长速度比对照池种苗生长速度快2~5倍;当水温达到15℃以上时,种苗生长的速度加快,月平均生长速度较对照池快6倍以上。在相同温度条件下,投放同规格的青蛤种苗,低密度组的生长速度比高密度组的生长速度快1.5倍左右。结果表明,冬季采用塑料大棚,投放适宜的密度,可使青蛤种苗提前2个多月达到规格要求,缩短培育周期,为贝类种苗培育提供了新的培育途径。
In the winter of 2003, Green Clam seedlings were cultivated in plastic greenhouses. The water temperature in the test pond was 8.86 ℃ higher than the average water temperature in the control pond. The seedling growth rate was 2 ~ 5 times faster than that in the control pond. When the water temperature reached above 15 ℃, the seedling grew faster. Average growth rate 6 times faster than the control cell. Under the same temperature conditions, the same specifications of the laying clam seedlings, low-density group growth rate of high-density group growth rate of about 1.5 times faster. The results showed that in winter, using plastic greenhouses and placing suitable density, the clam seedlings reached the specifications more than two months ahead of schedule, shortening the incubation period and providing a new cultivation way for shellfish seedling cultivation.
