[目的]研究蠊螯螨不同螨态和蠊螯螨雌成螨对不同螨态番茄刺皮瘿螨的捕食能力,为有效应用蠊螯螨控制番茄刺皮瘿螨危害提供科学依据。[方法]在一定的温湿度条件下,在饲养小室内测定蠊螯螨的第2若螨、雄成螨和雌成螨对番茄刺皮瘿螨若螨的捕食能力和蠊螯螨雌成螨对番茄刺皮瘿螨卵、幼若螨和成螨的捕食能力。[结果]在T=(25±0.5)℃、RH=70%±5%的条件下,蠊螯螨的第2若螨、雄成螨和雌成螨对番茄刺皮瘿螨若螨的捕食功能反应曲线均为HollingIII型,攻击系数分别为0.2416、0.3571、0.5096,处理时间分别为0.0645、0.0367、0.0141,均以蠊螯螨的雌成螨攻击系数最大,处理时间最短;蠊螯螨雌成螨对番茄刺皮瘿螨卵、幼若螨和成螨的捕食功能反应曲线也均为HollingIII型,攻击系数分别为0.3573、0.5096、0.2041,处理时间分别为0.0116、0.0141、0.0876。[结论]蠊螯螨雌成螨对番茄刺皮瘿螨若螨的捕食能力最强。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the predation ability of different mite states of cockletiped mites and female chemi mites on the predation ability of scabies mite in different mites state, and provide a scientific basis for the effective control of the fruit flies mites in the area. [Method] The predation ability of the second nymph, the male adult and the female adult mites of the cockle mites were determined in a feeding chamber under certain temperature and humidity conditions, Spider mite on tomato eggs, young if the mites and adult mites predation ability. [Result] The predation of the second nymph, the male adult and the female adult mite on the value of T = (25 ± 0.5) ℃, RH = 70% ± 5% The functional response curves were Holling III with attack coefficients of 0.2416, 0.3571, 0.5096 and 0.0645, 0.0367 and 0.0141, respectively. Both of them had the strongest attack index and the shortest treatment time for all the adult male mites, The predation functional response curves of mites to the eggs of Acanthopanax senticosus were both Holling III with the attack coefficients of 0.3573, 0.5096 and 0.2041, respectively, and the treatment times were 0.0116, 0.0141 and 0.0876, respectively. [Conclusion] The female predator mite had the strongest predation ability on tomato spider mite mites.
