院校和部队在通信现代化中若能很好地结合起来,则可能成为一支重要力量。最近张震付总长在全军高等工程技术院校教学改革会议上指出:“技术院校要促进军事科学技术的发展,我们有这个责任。”为了开展这一工作,我院拟与兄弟院校及部队结合起来,共同作出努力。兹根据各专业的方向、需要与可能,提出一些既属必要、又属院校及部队力能所及的项目,以供进一步探讨。
The combination of institutions and units well integrated in the modernization of communications can be an important force. Recently Zhang Zhenfu, director of the PLA Higher Engineering and Technical College Teaching Reform Conference, pointed out: “We must have the responsibility to promote the development of military science and technology in technical colleges and universities.” In order to carry out this work, Troops combine to make joint efforts. In the light of the directions, needs and possibilities of various professions, we propose some items that are both necessary and under the control of the institutions and forces for further discussion.
