采用丙烯酸树脂 (PA或PA′)对水性聚氨酯 (PU)改性 ,研究了丙烯酸树脂改性的水性聚氨酯的性能与结构.结果表明 :设计PU分子链硬段与PA分子链形成化学键 ,材料中PUA及PU/PA中PU分子链硬段与PA分子链具有较高的相容性和共混程度 ;机械共混物PU/PA中PU分子链、PA分子链之间的共混主要集中于PU乳胶粒、PA乳胶粒表层 ;PUA及PUA′材料PU分子链与PA分子链之间处于一定的微相分离状态.PUA′及PU/PA某些性能明显比PU有所改善 ,PUA达到二树脂性能优势明显互补 ,综合性能显著提高.“,”The property and structure of water-borne polyurethane modified with acrylic resin was studied in this paper. Based on the determination of emulsion particle size and distribution, and characterization with DSC, it was found that the structure of water-borne polyurethane preparared in this work was conformed to the restult of structural design. Of water-borne polyurethane modified with acrylic resin, compatibility and degree of mixing were developed by formation of chemical bond between PA and hard segment of PU chain; miro-phase separation was formed by carrying core-shell latex polymerization of chemical blend; and PU chain and PA chain of mechanical mixture were mixed in the surface between PU and PA emulsion particle. Some properties were improved in PUA′ or PU/PA, while the overall behave was developed in PUA.
