本文以某高速公路路基工程建设为实例,分析了排水系统的准备工作及施工工艺,从测量、清理工地、铺砂垫层、机具安装、压管、装填砂袋和检查等方面,阐述了排水固结法应用施工的步骤,并从监测和注意事项两个方面,探讨了预压施工的措施,以期为保障排水固结法的合理应用,提高高速公路路基施工质量提供参考价值。
In this paper, taking an expressway subgrade construction as an example, the preparation and construction technology of drainage system are analyzed. From the aspects of measuring, cleaning site, sand bedding, machine installation, pipe pressing, sand bag filling and inspection, Consolidation method applies the steps of construction, and from the monitoring and precautions two aspects, discusses the preloading construction measures, in order to ensure the rational application of drainage consolidation method and improve the highway subgrade construction quality provide reference value.
