木罐道抓捕器是矿井使用木罐道罐笼提升中的安全装置,是保证乘罐人员安全与井筒装备的重要保护。由于木罐道结构简单,更换方便,投资相对少,因此在矿井尤其是中小型矿井中得到了广泛使用,但是在使用中出现了一些问题如主拉杆变形或断裂的情况,影响矿井提升安全。通过分析,提出改进措施,解决存在的问题,保障矿井在提升中的人员与井筒装备安全。
