复杂通风网络总风阻快速计算方法

为了快速计算通风网络总风阻和当通风网络中安装多台风机时各风机所承担的总风阻,将通风网络中安装风机的分支设置成固定风量分支,利用通风网络回路阻力平衡定律构建通风网络所有独立回路阻力平衡方程;在这组方程中,存在一组含固定风量分支的方程,其中的每个方程所对应的回路总阻力不为0,该回路总阻力需要用安装在每个固定风量分支上的风机所提供的风压才能抵消,使之归零;该组方程可用于求解通风网络总风阻和当通风网络中安装多台风机时各风机所承担的总风阻。结果表明:1)当通风网络只安装1台风机时,通过将打算安装风机的分支设为固定风量分支,可求出当风机安装在该分支时所承担的总风阻,该值与风量无关;对于同一个通风网络,安装风机的分支不同,所对应的总风阻也不同;2)当通风网络中安装多台风机时,通过将安装风机的所有分支均设置为固定风量分支,可求出各风机所承担的总风阻;此时,1台风机所负担的通风网络总风阻与风机数量、各风机的输出风量和安装位置相关。计算总风阻时,只要解算一次通风网络,依据回路阻力代数和不为0的回路,即可求出通风网络总风阻或多台风机各自所承担的总风阻。 In order to quickly calculate the total air resistance of the ventilation network and the total air resistance borne by the fans when multiple fans are installed in the ventilation network, the branches of the ventilation fans installed in the ventilation network are set as the fixed air flow branches, and the ventilation network In this set of equations, there is a set of equations with a fixed branch of the air volume, where the total resistance of the loop corresponding to each of the equations is not zero, and the total resistance of the loop needs to be set at each fixed branch of air flow The set of equations can be used to solve the total air resistance of the ventilation network and the total air resistance borne by the fans when multiple fans are installed in the ventilation network.
