2013年秋天,中国国家主席习近平提出共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路,即“一带一路”倡议。迄今,全球100多个国家和国际组织积极支持和参与“一带一路”建设,联合国大会、联合国安理会等重要决议也纳入“一带一路”建设内容。“一带一路”建设不但取得丰硕成果,亦凝聚成以和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢为核心的丝路精神。在“共商、共建、共享”的原则下,这项构筑人类命运共同体的伟大实践,正在深入推进。
In the fall of 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to jointly build the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, the “Belt and Road Initiative.” So far, more than 100 countries and international organizations have actively supported and participated in the “One Belt, One Road” construction. The major resolutions such as the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council are also included in the “Belt and Road” content. The “Belt and Road” building not only achieved fruitful results, but also converged into a spirit of the Silk Road centered on peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning and mutual benefit and mutual benefit. Under the principle of “building business, building together and sharing,” this great practice of building a community of human destinies is being further promoted.
