在现代锚固联接技术中,应用高分子合成树脂的粘结特性,实现锚杆(筋)的锚固功能是一个技术进步。使用树脂锚固的锚杆称为树脂锚杆,具有化学组成的复合粘结材料称为树脂胶泥(锚固剂)。 由于树脂锚杆有常温快速固化、锚固力可靠、施工简单、节省费用等优点,因此除用于矿山锚喷支护外,在竖井井筒装备安装工程、建筑物抗震加固及设备基础锚固等方面均有广泛的应用,取得显著的技术经济效果。据初步调查统计,应用树脂锚杆安装井筒装备,可节省费用10%,缩短安装工期2/3,而用树脂锚杆加固楼房可节省费用30%以上。
