“时代龙虾”店包厢阁楼上的电脑电源线短路,是导致这场火灾发生的直接原因。该店存在着严重的火灾隐患,自行违章搭建阁楼和简易棚,乱拉电线,楼体宽度、坡度均不符合有关消防技术规范;两名上夜班的人员白天在店内睡觉,也违反了“聚集场所非值班人员不得留宿”的消防有关现定;与产权单位订立的租赁合同上没有明确双方的消防安全责任。
“Times lobster” shop attic computer power cord short circuit, is the direct cause of the fire. There was a serious fire hazard in the shop. They set up lofts and simple sheds in violation of laws and regulations and chained wires. The width and slope of the building did not meet the fire safety specifications. Two night shift workers slept in the shop during the day and also violated the “gathering Site non-attendants shall not stay overnight ”about the current fire; lease contract with the title unit did not clear the fire safety responsibilities of both parties.
