创新教育是实施素质教育的重要内容,作为一名合格的教师,要不断通过自己的创新实践去培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。转变教育观念不应当是一个空泛的概念,而应该有具体的内涵。当今世界知识更新速度很快,学生学习的性质应当由传授性、继承性转变为探索性、创造性;教师不仅要重视知识传授和能力培养,更应重视激发和培养学生的学习兴趣,使他们形成有效的学习策略,养成良好的学习习惯。转变教育观念,是创新教育的前提。
Innovative education is an important part of implementing quality education. As a qualified teacher, we must continually develop our students’ innovative spirit and practical ability through our own innovative practices. Changing the concept of education should not be a vague concept, but should have concrete connotations. In today’s world, the knowledge is updated rapidly, and the nature of student learning should be changed from impartiality and inheritance to exploratory and creative. Teachers should not only pay attention to imparting knowledge and cultivating their abilities, but also stimulate and develop students’ interest in learning so that they can form Effective learning strategies to develop good study habits. Change the concept of education, is the premise of innovation education.
