编辑同志: 六神丸有清凉解毒,消炎止痛之功效,是治疗咽喉肿痛,痛疡疗疮等外科疾病之良药。笔者曾遇1例服此药而致阳强。现报告如下: 患者男,38岁,淮安市某镇办厂干部。患咽喉炎,于1991年10月20日在淮安下关药店自购苏州雷允上制药厂六神丸1支,晚饭后1次服下30粒,2小时后出现阳强不衰,余无不适,第2天无法出门活动上班工作。自己因害羞怕求治于医,第3天上午叫其妻来我处诉其病情,问有无解药。余嘱其多饮白开水。从午后开始,阳强渐渐衰退。
