通过体外热诱导法观察以大承气汤为代表的寒下方剂对兔红细胞细胞膜稳定性作用。观察结果表明大承气汤与承气合剂均能抑制红细胞膜的溶解(P<0.05),与地塞米松的质膜保护作用相似,均呈剂量相关依赖效应。药物浓度越高,细胞溶解率越低。单味大黄在浓度<0.001μg/ml时具有显著的抑制红细胞膜溶破的能力(P<0.001),随着大黄浓度的增加,其抑制红细胞溶解的能力逐渐下降,提示高浓度大黄的质膜保护能力下降。
In vitro thermal induction method to observe the Dachangqi Tang, represented by the cold agent on the rabbit erythrocyte cell membrane stability.
