1三一回应诉奥巴马案被驳回10月10日,华盛顿联邦法院驳回了三一关联公司对美国总统奥巴马的起诉,称对审判结果有准备,已组织律师团审阅宣判书并将继续上诉。2012年的7月,三一集团在美关联公司罗尔斯公司在美国经营的风电场项目被美国海外投资委员会以“威胁美国国家安全”为由直接禁止;同年9月,美国总统奥巴马以相同的理由签发了禁止罗尔斯公司项目的行政命令,并要求该公司在90天内撤出全部投资。
On March 10, the Washington Federal Court of Justice rejected the Trinity affiliate’s prosecution of U.S. President Barack Obama, saying he was prepared for the outcome of the trial and has organized a panel of judges to review the verdict and will continue to appeal. In July 2012, Sany Group’s wind farm project in the United States operated by Rolls-Royce, a US-affiliated company, was directly banned by the U.S. Overseas Investment Commission under the pretext of “threaten U.S. national security.” In September the same year, U.S. President Barack Obama Issued an executive order banning the Rawls project for the same reason and demanded that the company withdrew all its investment within 90 days.
