1992年8月,国务院清产核资领导小组决定,把邮电全行业列入1993年清产核资扩大试点范围。邮电部于1992年9月着手准备,1993年2月开始在全行业开展清产核资工作。目前,行政事业单位的财产清查已经结束,邮电企业单位的清产核资工作完成了资产清查、所有权界定、价值重估、资金核实和产权登记等几个阶段的任务。今年一季度将按计划进行全行业清产核资验收工作。
