新秋乍现,天高气清,告别了炎炎夏日,人们进入一个怡然养生的季节。而对于房地产市场来说,这是一个传统的销售旺季,被业内习惯的称为“金九银十”。目前的北京房地产市场,在经历了去年的冰冻,今年的春种夏耕之后,虽已进入一个收获的季节,但在众说纷纭的舆论压力之下,却也不免略显紧张。有很多人发表了“金九”褪色的悲观看法,同样也有一些人对回暖后的“金九”表示出乐观的信心,而无论悲观还是乐观,这个市场永远不缺少奇迹。近来,我们一直关注的京西南大兴区的火神庙国际商业中心项目的种种动态,则是给了悲观的人一个有力的回击,给了乐观的人一个有效的例证。
