目的了解杭州地区部分口腔诊疗单位综合治疗台水道污染情况和控制措施。方法采用现场问卷调查和采样检测方法,对杭州地区口腔科医院及诊所综合治疗台水道等用水污染情况进行了调查。结果在所调查的口腔医院诊所中,三级甲等医院口腔科综合治疗台水道平均细菌总数达9 283.3±9 034.1 cfu/ml;二级甲等医院综合治疗台水道细菌总数为40 821.5±33 669.8 cfu/ml,一级医院污染细菌总数为85 299.0±16 970.3 cfu/ml,私人诊所平均细菌总数为129 283.3±59 087.8 cfu/ml。在检出的细菌中,厌氧菌总数为29.5±40.0 cfu/ml,大肠杆菌总数为1 981.3±2 266.6 cfu/ml,霉菌总数为2 369.5±1 068.6 cfu/ml。结论杭州地区口腔诊疗单位综合治疗台水道污染严重,没有确实有效的防控措施。
Objective To understand the status of integrated treatment of watercourse pollution and control measures in some oral treatment units in Hangzhou area. Methods A questionnaire survey and sampling method were used to investigate the water pollution in the Stomatological Hospital and Clinic in Hangzhou. Results The average number of bacteria in the comprehensive dental treatment station in Grade A and Grade A hospitals was 9 283.3 ± 9 034.1 cfu / ml in the clinics of Stomatological Hospital under investigation. The total number of bacteria in Taiwan’s Grade A Hospitals was 40 821.5 ± 33 669.8 cfu / ml. The total number of contaminated bacteria in Grade I hospitals was 85 299.0 ± 16 970.3 cfu / ml. The average number of bacteria in private clinics was 129 283.3 ± 59 087.8 cfu / ml. Among the detected bacteria, the total number of anaerobic bacteria was 29.5 ± 40.0 cfu / ml, the total number of Escherichia coli was 1 981.3 ± 2 266.6 cfu / ml, and the total number of molds was 2 369.5 ± 1 068.6 cfu / ml. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of Taiwanese waterways in Hangzhou is seriously polluted, and there is no effective prevention and control measures.
