打造“智慧卫生”是辽宁医改的一大亮点,日前,记者在辽宁省调研采访期间了解到,目前辽宁省正在为智慧卫生进行“升级”。以居民电子健康档案、电子病历和全员人口三大数据库为核心的省级卫生计生综合平台已经建成,成为全省数据交换与共享中心。目前,省级卫生计生综合信息平台已经实现了与2个地市区域卫生信息平台和10家省直属医院的对接,并实现部分业务的互动,并即将完成与国家卫生计生信息平台的对接。
