科技是广播电视的第一属性。这是我在多年学习、研究、思考的基础上慎重提出的一个学术命题和理论观点。因为,广播电视每一次大的发展和升级,无不决定于科技条件即只有始终坚持以科技为先导,自觉地运用最先进的科技来武装广播电视,才能推动广播电视的现代化进程。本文拟围绕“科技是广播电视第一属性”这个命题,作专门深入的探讨,同时思考与之相关的重大问题。
Technology is the first property of radio and television. This is an academic proposition and theoretical point of view that I carefully put forward on the basis of years of study, research and thinking. This is because every major development and upgrade of radio and television are determined by their scientific and technological conditions. Only by always using science and technology as their guide and consciously using state-of-the-art technology to arm radio and television can the modernization of radio and television be promoted. This article intends to focus on the “science and technology is the first radio and television attributes,” the proposition, for a specific in-depth discussion, while thinking about the major issues related to it.
