首先,香港是在一个特殊的历史条件下所形成的特殊地区。战后,资本主义世界经济进入了一个长达20年大发展的“黄金时代”,千载难逢的国际机遇为香港经济的发展提供了必要的前提条件。
First of all, Hong Kong is a special area formed under a special historical condition. After the war, the capitalist world economy entered a “golden era” of 20 years of great development. The once-in-a-lifetime international opportunity provided the necessary preconditions for the economic development of Hong Kong.
