随着社会发展,农村小学已普遍实现班班配备多媒体教学设备,但设备老化、完好率低等影响着设备使用效益的发挥。组建一支乐于参与信息设备管理的电教班委队伍,培养他们的“维护协管员”、“节能节电员”、“电教安全员”、“使用记录员”的“四员”角色意识,可以减轻教师电教工作量,形成师生共管教学设备的局面,从而提高电教效益。
With the development of society, rural primary schools have generally realized the provision of multimedia teaching equipment in classes, but the aging of equipment and the low rate of completeness affect the utilization of equipment. Set up an audio-visual class team willing to participate in the management of information equipment, and train their “maintenance coordinators”, “power saver”, “audio safer”, “use recorder” “Four ” role awareness, teachers can reduce the workload of audio-visual education, teachers and students to form a teaching equipment co-ordination, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of audio-visual education.
