不同浓度的甲醇老化花生种子引起不同程度的劣变。30%甲醇处理是甲醇胁迫的临介浓度。甲醇老化使萌发花生种子过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性下降,其中过氧化物酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性下降尤为显著,过氧化物酶活性在萌发后期有明显增加。甲醇胁迫使种子多酚氧化酶活性上升,而人工老化则明显下降,表明甲醇胁迫与人工老化对花生种子活力的影响存在不同的作用方式。
Different concentrations of methanol aging peanut seeds caused varying degrees of deterioration. 30% Methanol treatment is the intermediate concentration of methanol stress. Methanol aging decreased the activities of peroxidase, catalase and ascorbic acid oxidase in the germinated peanut seeds. The activities of peroxidase and ascorbic acid oxidase decreased significantly, and the activity of peroxidase increased significantly in the late germination stage. Under the stress of methanol, the activity of polyphenol oxidase increased, while the artificial aging decreased obviously, indicating that there were different modes of action of methanol stress and artificial aging on the seed vigor of peanut.
