财政资金现在成为了政府和有关部门在履行社会公共服务职能时的物质保障,政府部门内部管理工作的重要内容之一就是财政资金管理。如今,政府部门在财政资金管理方面还是存在很多问题,其中的问题之一就是财政资金管理没有与内部控制体系进行有效结合。本文将结合具体实际情况,从财政资金的监督管理与内部控制出发,对资金管理中存在的问题进行分析并提出相应解决问题的建议。
Financial funds have now become the material guarantee for the government and relevant departments in fulfilling the social public service functions. One of the important contents of the internal management of government departments is the management of financial funds. Nowadays, government departments still have many problems in the management of fiscal funds. One of the problems is that financial funds management has not been effectively integrated with the internal control system. Based on the actual situation, this paper starts from the supervision and management of financial funds and the internal control, analyzes the problems existing in the fund management and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
