本文提出并遵循湿拌砂浆开放时间的新概念,利用混凝土搅拌站的原有生产平台及物流装备,采用创新的减水剂与调节剂双掺工艺,按创新的“三步法”设计砂浆配合比,生产得到的湿拌砂浆符合国家标准的要求,实现了湿拌砂浆集中生产、集中配送,解决了湿拌砂浆单次配送量小、配送频繁的难题,满足工地现取现用、不用不硬、即用即硬的要求。大幅降低工地使用预拌砂浆的综合成本;提出并遵循抹灰工程“三零体系”的要求,实现砂浆抹灰层零空鼓、零开裂、零渗漏的工程目标。为预拌砂浆的推广及商品混凝土企业产业升级提供新的参考思路。
