修改后的刑诉法第224条规定了检察机关参与第二审开庭审理案件的方式,明确了检察机关查阅案卷的期限,该规定标志着我国法律制度日臻完善,但是制度的细化和严密也使检察人员办案面临着诸如时间紧张、任务繁重、责任重大等一系列新的挑战,为使案件顺利办结,本文建议从完善办案引导评价机制、设置事务性检察官制度、完善公诉一体化模式等案件办理机制方面来寻求破困路径。
Article 224 of the amended Criminal Procedure Law stipulates the means by which procuratorial organs participate in the trial of cases in the second instance and clarifies the time limit for procuratorial organs to inspect the case files.
