目的调查勐腊县勐伴镇上回落、下回落、盘山、象朵牙 4个村寨发生的疟疾流行情况。方法对 4个村居民的疟史、蚊帐覆盖及蚊媒进行调查 ,对发热病人及疑似疟疾病人血检。结果 4个村近 2年的疟史率平均为6 2 .76 % ,4个村平均蚊帐覆盖率为 4 2 .86 %。现场血检发热病人及疑似疟疾者 31 8人 ,阳性 1 30人 ,血检阳性率为 4 1 .4 0 % ,其中恶性疟 1 0 2人 ,恶性疟比例达 78.4 6 % ,共有 30例查见配子体 ,配子体携带率为 2 3.0 8%。 4村总发病率为 2 0 .1 2 % ,瑶族村发病率较高。传疟媒介调查 ,微小按蚊占 5 5 .76 %。结论 4村发生了以恶性疟为主的点状暴发流行 ,微小按蚊为主要传疟媒介 ,发生原因是当地防疫网络不完善 ,传疟媒介大量存在及村民疟防知识匮乏等
Objective To investigate the prevalence of malaria in Mengla Town, Mengla County. Methods The malaria history, mosquito net coverage and mosquito vectors of 4 village residents were investigated. Blood samples were collected from febrile patients and suspected malaria patients. Results The average incidence of malaria in 4 villages in the past two years was 62.76%. The average coverage rate of mosquito nets in 4 villages was 42.86%. A total of 318 blood test-positive patients and suspected malaria patients were positive, and 130 were positive. The positive rate of blood tests was 41.4%, of which 102 were Plasmodium falciparum and 78.4 6% were Plasmodium falciparum, with a total of 30 cases See gametophyte, gametophyte carrying rate of 2 3.08%. The total incidence of 4 villages was 20.12%, Yao village higher incidence. Survey of malaria vectors, Anopheles minimus accounted for 55.76%. Conclusions The occurrence of spot-like outbreaks mainly in P. falciparum occurred in 4 villages. Anopheles minimus was the main malaria transmission medium, which was caused by the imperfect network of local epidemic prevention, mass transmission of malaria vectors and lack of villagers knowledge of malaria prevention
