农民工群体的社会成员身份定位及社会福利资格是当下社会政策研究的热点和难点问题。社会质量理论通过个人与社会及生活世界与系统世界双重维度建构了考察社会整体状况的分析框架,对我国当前社会建设具有一定的社会政策导向意义,运用社会质量理论框架分析农民工群体的基本社会需要,发现服务性福利缺乏是造成农民工制度性排斥的重要因素,亟待提出解决的建议对策。
The status of social members and the qualifications of social welfare for migrant workers are the hot and difficult issues in the current social policy research.
