煤炭资源型城市的顺利转型关系到山西经济、社会可持续发展目标的实现。山西煤炭资源型城市在其转型与发展过程中面临产业结构不合理、生态环境不佳等一系列难题,而众多难题的破解都需要市场力量和政府作用的相互协调配合来完成。
The smooth transformation of coal-resource-based cities is related to the realization of Shanxi’s goal of sustainable development of economy and society. In the process of its transformation and development, Shanxi coal-resource-based cities are confronted with a series of problems such as irrational industrial structure and poor ecological environment, and many problems need to be solved through coordinated efforts of market forces and government.
