患者,女,30岁,汉族,放疗号95—122。因无痛性肉眼血尿伴乏力一月余,经腹部B超检查提示:左肾占位性病变。CT扫描示:左肾囊肿。1995年7月21日在连续硬膜外麻醉下行左肾切除术,术中见左肾中、下极有6×6×6cm~3囊性包块,切开囊壁,囊腔内有血性液体约10毫升,并见大量胶冻样不规则团形物,质脆,探查腹主动脉旁未见明显肿大淋巴结。
