目的:了解2010年-2011年曲靖市手足口病的病原体型别及分布特征,为手足病的防控提供病原学依据。方法:采集本市各医疗机构临床诊断为手足口病患者的粪便、咽拭子、疱疹液标本,用Real-timeRT-PCR法进行肠道病毒核酸检测和型别鉴定。结果:2010年5月-2011年12月共收集各类标本284份,检出肠道病毒核酸235份,总阳性率82.75%,其中EV71检出116份,占49.36%,Cox A16检出119份,占50.64%;发病年龄主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占92.96%;粪便中肠道病毒检出率(90.67%)最高,其次为疱疹液(88.89%)。结论:2010年引起曲靖市手足口病的病原体主要是Cox A16型,2011年引起曲靖市手足口病的病原体主要是EV71型,5岁以下儿童是肠道病毒感染的高危人群,EV71是引起重症病例的主要病原体。
Objective: To understand the types and distribution of pathogens of hand-foot-mouth disease in Qujing City from 2010 to 2011, and to provide etiological evidence for the prevention and control of hand-foot disease. Methods: Samples of feces, throat swabs and herpes fluid from clinics diagnosed as hand-foot-mouth disease were collected from each medical institution in our city. Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect enterovirus DNA and type identification. Results: From May 2010 to December 2011, a total of 284 specimens of all kinds were collected and 235 positive samples of enterovirus were detected, with a total positive rate of 82.75%, of which 116 were EV71, accounting for 49.36%, and Cox A16 was 119 (50.64%). The age of onset mainly concentrated in children under 5 years old, accounting for 92.96%. The detection rate of enterovirus in stool was the highest (90.67%), followed by herpes fluid (88.89%). CONCLUSIONS: The pathogens that cause hand-foot-mouth disease in Qujing City in 2010 are mainly Cox A16 type. The pathogens causing hand-foot-mouth disease in Qujing in 2011 are mainly EV71 type. Children under 5 years old are high risk of enterovirus infection. EV71 is the most common cause of severe disease The main pathogen of the case.
