加用LKH蛇式气囊后完成34例经膀胱前列腺摘除术(TVP)。介绍了LKH蛇式气囊在术中的应用部位和方法,并从效果上与未加用该气囊的同名手术效果作了比较。提示LKH蛇式气囊具有辅助止血、抬高膀胱颈、方便操作的作用;88％(30/34)的病例免除了膀胱造瘘;切口的提前愈合,使术后平均住院日在2周以内。该方法具有临床推广的意义。
Thirty-four transurethral resection of the prostate (TVP) was performed after the LKH serpentine balloon was added. The application site and method of LKH serpentine balloon in the operation were introduced, and the effect of the same name was compared with that of the same name without the balloon. Tips LKH serpentine balloon with hemostasis, raising the bladder neck, easy to operate; 88% (30/34) of the cases without bladder fistula; incision advance healing, the average postoperative hospital stay within 2 weeks. The method has clinical significance.
