本文研究了应用吸附剂直接从焦化苯中吸附脱除微量噻吩的焦化苯精制工艺 ,实验结果表明改性 ZSM- 5分子筛具有最好的吸附效果 ,其吸附容量可达 8.9mg/g吸附剂以上。同时研究了操作条件对吸附过程的影响 ,升高温度有利于提高吸附容量和吸附速度 ,减小吸附剂颗粒大小可以显著提高吸附速度 ,但吸附剂内含水会显著降低吸附剂的吸附性能。该吸附剂可以通过高温水蒸汽吹扫再生
In this paper, we studied the purification process of coking benzene adsorbed and removed trace thiophene directly from coked benzene. The experimental results show that the modified ZSM-5 zeolite has the best adsorption capacity, and its adsorption capacity can reach above 8.9mg / g adsorbent . At the same time, the influence of operating conditions on the adsorption process was studied. Increasing the temperature was beneficial to increasing the adsorption capacity and the adsorption rate. Reducing the particle size of the adsorbent could significantly improve the adsorption rate. However, the adsorption of water into the adsorbent significantly reduced the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. The adsorbent can be regenerated by high temperature steam purging
