以生物可降解聚乳酸切片为原料进行熔喷加工,可制得微米级吸油材料,该材料孔隙率大,吸油速率快。对比于几种常规吸油材料,可降解聚乳酸熔喷吸油材料对0#柴油的吸附能力仅次于聚氨酯泡沫(海绵),但其保油性能优于聚氨酯泡沫(海绵)。其对常见生活用油及废机油的吸油倍率在自身质量的40倍以上。该材料吸油性能稳定,受温度影响较小,且重复使用后性能仍较好。
