基于灵敏度分析的预锻模具形状优化设计

以最终锻件的形状为目标 ,采用塑性有限元、灵敏度分析和工程优化算法相结合的方法 ,对预锻模具形状进行优化设计。针对下模速度为零时 ,下模形状不能优化的情况 ,提出了一种处理速度灵敏度边界条件的方法 ,该方法可同时对上下模具形状进行优化。针对程序耗时较长的问题 ,提出了贮存灵敏度刚度矩阵 ,减少优化设计变量的方法 ,大大提高了程序的运行速度。最后 ,给出了优化设计实例 ,验证了该方法的可靠性

The shape of the final forging is aiming to optimize the shape of the preform die by the combination of plastic FEM, sensitivity analysis and engineering optimization algorithm. Aiming at the situation that the lower mold’s shape can not be optimized when the lower mold’s speed is zero, a method of dealing with the boundary condition of speed sensitivity is proposed, which can optimize the shape of upper and lower molds simultaneously. Aiming at the problem of long time-consuming program, this paper presents a storage sensitivity stiffness matrix, reduces the method of optimizing design variables and greatly improves the running speed of the program. Finally, an example of optimization design is given to verify the reliability of the method
