目的探讨外伤性白内障摘除术后不同时期植入人工晶体的眼底病发生率的差别。方法外伤性白内障患者110例(112只眼)全部行后房型人工晶体植入,其中Ⅰ期植入81例(82眼),Ⅱ期植入29例(30眼)。结果Ⅰ期植入人工晶体术后视力在0.3以上71眼(86.59%),0.5以上27眼(32.93%)。Ⅱ期植入人工晶体术后视力在0.3以上26眼(86.67%),0.5以上6只眼(20.00%)。Ⅱ期植入人工晶体在术中并发眼内出血及术后人工晶体移位发生率方面明显高于Ⅰ期植入术。结论Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期植入人工晶体均能提高术后视力,Ⅰ期植入人工晶体,术中出血发生率低,术后人工晶体偏离中心发生率小。Ⅱ期植入术后炎症反应轻,术中容易并发性出血,术后易发生人工晶体移位。
Objective To investigate the incidence of ocular fundus disease after intraocular lens implantation at different periods after traumatic cataract extraction. Methods 110 patients (112 eyes) with traumatic cataract underwent posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, including 81 cases (82 eyes) in stage I implantation and 29 cases (30 eyes) in stage II implantation. Results The visual acuity of I stage after intraocular lens implantation was 0.3 to 71 eyes (86.59%) and 0.5 to 27 eyes (32.93%). Visual acuity was 0.3 to 26 eyes (86.67%) and 0.5 or more eyes (20.00%) after Ⅱ intraocular lens implantation. Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation during intraoperative intraocular hemorrhage and postoperative intraocular lens implantation was significantly higher than in stage I implantation. Conclusions Intraocular lens implantation can improve postoperative visual acuity in stage I and II. Intraocular lens implantation is performed in stage I. The incidence of intraoperative bleeding is low and the incidence of postoperative intraocular lens deviation from the center is small. Ⅱ stage inflammatory reaction after implantation, intraoperative prone to complicated by bleeding, intraocular lens easy to shift after surgery.
