1月17日,探路者控股集团股份有限公司发布2016年度业绩快报。报告期内,探路者共实现营业总收入29.07亿元,比去年同期减少约24%;归属上市公司股东的净利润为2.02亿元,比去年同期减少约23%(其中包含拟计提的绿野商誉减值2200万元)。同期,基本每股收益为0.3604元,较去年同期降低29.68%;加权平均净资产收益率为8.98%,较去年同期下降10.92个百分点。探路者解释称,业绩下降的主要原因是:一方面报告期内公司净利润较上年同期同比有一定幅度下降;另一方面,报告期公司非公开发行股票8000万股,募集资金12.7亿,使得公司股本和净资产都较年初有较大幅度增加,从而使得基本每股收益和净资产收益率同比下降幅度较大。
